So we made it to día número dos of the new Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge guys!
What can I say? Today was much harder than I expected. I’m remembering from the last 2 weeks shred challenge that the first 4 days or so were the most difficult.
The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 2
Picture this, it’s 7am, my alarm goes off and I am ready to GO. Next thing I know, it was 9am and I’m waking up all over again… huh?
Despite this ever so minor setback, I knew I had to get my ass up and kick this workout’s butt!
I can’t lie here, I definitely had to have a little help from a good friend. That friend being one of my closest friends, Mr. PW… yes you guessed it, pre-workout!
I had a one hour slot to fit in today’s schedule so I really had to make sure that I was energised enough and ready to tackle what Chloe had in store for me.

Today I had another 3 workouts to complete… whoopdiwhoop…! It was pretty much the same as yesterday’s workout but with a upper body workout in place of a lower body one. Let’s see how this goes…
Let’s Workout!
- The Warmup–
As I mentioned earlier, my time was pretty limited so I had to make sure that my warmup was short and sweet. I think I did a lil circuit of overhead stretches, high knees and butt kicks. That seemed to be good enough for me!
- Ep 1: Full Body Workout-
I still can’t do those stupid ‘arm raise PLANK JACKS’! No matter how many times my daughter shoved a banana in my face. She saw it is a way to motivate me, I just saw it as a damn nuisance! It was adorable though.
- Ep 2: Abs Workout-
This workout was neither harder nor easier than yesterday’s. That doesn’t change from the fact that it still hurt like *bleeeep*Now as a mother, you have low impact, you have high impact and you have what I do, extreme impact! This is high impact, but with the added difficulty of simultaneously bribing your child with presents from Father Christmas. I had to get her off my back somehow. And that’s in every literal sense, she was literally ON MY BACK! Oh the things we do as parents, I couldn’t breathe, thanks Maya!
- Ep 3: Upper Body Workout-
I hate upper body workouts, I really do. By the time this video came around, I was sweating from places I’ve never sweated from before.
My arms burned like hell, I don’t know how I even made it to the end!

What Did I Eat On Day 2 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?
Breakfast-
So this morning, I thought I’d try something new. A little while ago, I purchased some powdered peanut butter from Amazon. This stuff is great! It’s essentially just peanut butter but with a large majority of the fat pressed out. You can mix it with water or add it to your oats, it’s pretty versatile.
This particular morning, I decided to have it with some greek yogurt and about 3/4 of a banana (Maya bullied me for a piece).
My final verdict? Well, I had to add some honey. I didn’t really like it and I’m starting to think I’m lactose intolerant! Back to my boiled eggs it is.
Lunch-
Maya and I enjoyed left-overs from last night’s dinner. I added some mozzarella and pepper flakes and it went down an absolute treat! Want to know what we ate last night? Check out yesterday’s post!
Dinner-
My dad made some meatballs in tomato sauce. I ate that with a small serving of spaghetti and tons of boiled veggies, mmmm!
