Doing these workouts may just make me feel a little bit better about all the food I’m gonna eat on Christmas Day. Don’t even try to contact me that day, I’ll be too busy eating my bodyweight and more!
The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 3
You know those days when you’ve been an emotional wreck for 72 hours straight. Life looks bleak and you can’t help but cry. Well that’s until Mother Nature finally pays you a lil visit and everything starts to make soooo much more sense…yup, that was me! Sup Mutha.
Now, I don’t actually mind working out on my period, it usually makes me feel a bit better… But don’t be surprised if I give up halfway LOL- (luckily that wasn’t the case today).
Today’s schedule is basically just like the first day, but the lower body workout is slightly different.
- The Warmup–
I don’t know what happened today but I completely forgot to warmup! I just know I’m gonna hate myself for that later.
- Ep 1: Full Body Workout-
Whilst doing this workout for the third time, I realised how important it is to just breathe. I noticed I was holding my breath for a large portion of sets which… makes no sense at all does it?
The lack of oxygen flowing through my body always made it easier for me to stop. That’s because I had to take frequent large breaths in-between. Once I started focusing on breathing through exercises, everything was all the much easier- it’s like magic!
- Ep 2: Abs Workout-
This workout is starting to get easier the more I become familiar with it- which is great!
Howeveeeer, what I do know, is that I’m gonna get my earphones and blast one of my playlists tomorrow. This video definitely has some questionable song choices. That weird kazoo music has got to go, Chloe! Who knew one song could make a workout feel so much harder than it is already.
- Ep 4: Lower Body Workout-
Oh this workout was great. I could definitely feel this one working the glutes and my butt is still sore whilst typing this right now! Probably my favourite workout video so far, as someone who thoroughly enjoys the booty burn!

What Did I Eat On Day 3 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?
After yesterday’s breakfast disappointment, I went back to what I know best and had two boiled eggs and a slice of toast. I don’t think I could ever get bored of my trusty eggs- you can’t go wrong with it at all!
I’m gonna let y’all guess what I had for lunch today. Go on, gooooo on. That’s right, I had chicken leftovers once again! Unfortunately, this will be the last time you’ll be hearing that from me (it’s all finished now… boohoo!).
As I mentioned earlier in the post, Mother Nature came to say hi today. That being said I didn’t have much of an appetite at all. I had a little bit of tuna salad and a few breaded chicken bites.
So I haven’t really mentioned much about snacking in the previous posts but today, I just couldn’t help myself. Do you KNOW how addictive Ritz crackers are!? It was so hard to stop myself from having a few today; I also had a bar of chocolate and a packet of crisps.
I know I know, I wanted to eat cleaner but I have excuses, let me live today OK!
And just remember, it is okay to have treats every so often, just try to avoid binging!

I tried Chloe Ting’s workout back in the workout! It’s crazy how affective and hard core it is! I now do workouts with Pamela Reif. I might try this again soon xo

Her workouts are amazing! I’ve done a few Pamela Reif workouts and am considering doing one of her workout plans soon! Let me know if you decide to give Chloe’s workouts a go again! :d
