A blog post on Christmas Day? Shayla who are you?? How is everyone’s day going so far? I know I’m finishing this post absolutely STUFFED!
I’m not gonna lie, yesterday wasn’t the most interesting day at all so I’m gonna keep this short and sweet- it is Christmas after all!
Get comfy, grab a mince pie and let’s get into day 4 of the Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge!
The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 4
As it is Christmas, I chose to move day 5’s workout to day 4. This way, I’m able to rest on Christmas Day and continue as normal afterwards!
Day 4’s schedule includes four mandatory workout videos. (HELP ME)! I’m not sure if I’ll make it to the end and I’m Starting to wish I took that rest day now… but onwards and upwards we go, let’s smash this!
- The Warmup–
I finally clicked on Chloe’s warmup video! I’m not sure if I enjoy it as much as the warmup I did before, but it was a fun lil switch-up on my normal routine. I’ll definitely be revisiting this.
- Ep 1: Full Body Workout-
The fact that this workout was so much easier, was a litttttle concerning to me. Considering I was sweating buckets just the day before, today’s workout was… well light work!
- Ep 2: Abs Workout-
Like the full body video, this workout was much easier than the last 3 days of absolute torture. I managed to do each and every set with no breaks in-between which was bloody amazing!
If you saw me on day 1, you’d think this would be unlikely, outright impossible; but I did it guys!
- Ep 3: Upper Body Workout-
For sooooooome reason, my arms were on fire. Now this wasn’t a brief burn oh no no, this burn lasted the entirety of this 10 minute workout. I’m surprised I made it to the end because god knows, I was ready to give UP!
- Plank Challenge-
I’ve never felt as unmotivated to do a workout as I did today.- boy oh boy was I tired! I think my body was getting used to 3 workout videos that the fourth caught me extremely off guard.
After the struggle of the previous upper body workout, I think that wasn’t quite prepared to go through another video.
For a large amount of the exercises, I chose to do the lower impact versions. I never really do this. It was supposed to be a rest day after all!
Oh, and for some reason, the side plank bicycles made me feel like my inner thighs were gonna rip apart. Much fun!!!

What Did I Eat On Day 4 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?
As it was Christmas Eve, I thought it was only right to treat myself… in the healthy way of course. I had 2 slices of toast topped with peanut butter and banana. I’m really into toast right now if you couldn’t tell.
Nothing interesting to see here. Maya and I had pitta bread with mozzarella and a few tomatoes on the side. Not my finest creation but the carbs definitely gave me the energy boost that I needed.
Clearly the excitement of Christmas had gotten to me and I fell asleep before I had the chance to eat anything for dinner. I’ll make up for it on Christmas Day though, oh don’t you worry about that! 3 servings of Christmas din-dins here I come!
