Hey everyone, Merry Christmas to you and you and you! Welcome to day no.4 of the Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge!
A blog post on Christmas Day? Shayla who are you?? How is everyone’s day going so far? I know I’m finishing this post absolutely STUFFED!
I’m not gonna lie, yesterday wasn’t the most interesting day at all so I’m gonna keep this short and sweet- it is Christmas after all!

The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 4

As it is Christmas, I chose to move day 5’s workout to day 4. This way, I’m able to rest on Christmas Day and continue as normal afterwards!
Day 4’s schedule includes four mandatory workout videos. (HELP ME)! I’m not sure if I’ll make it to the end and I’m Starting to wish I took that rest day now… but onwards and upwards we go, let’s smash this!

What Did I Eat On Day 4 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?

Breakfast-
As it was Christmas Eve, I thought it was only right to treat myself… in the healthy way of course. I had 2 slices of toast topped with peanut butter and banana. I’m really into toast right now if you couldn’t tell.

Lunch-
Nothing interesting to see here. Maya and I had pitta bread with mozzarella and a few tomatoes on the side. Not my finest creation but the carbs definitely gave me the energy boost that I needed.

Dinner-
Clearly the excitement of Christmas had gotten to me and I fell asleep before I had the chance to eat anything for dinner. I’ll make up for it on Christmas Day though, oh don’t you worry about that! 3 servings of Christmas din-dins here I come!
