Tired, sluggish, bloated, hungover; everything I felt on day no.6 of the Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge. Hey everyone! How are you, well rested? I sure am (finally)! My apologise for being late with my posts, I think I’m still in Christmas mode- But you know what they say, it’s better late than never!
One thing I love about writing these posts is that they constantly drive me to do my best. If it wasn’t for this series, I would probably be making excuses left right and centre and never make it to the end. I hope my posts can inspire you guys to do the same!
The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 6
My head was banging and my energy was lacking, yet I still managed to get out of bed and motivate myself enough to get this workout done!
So day six, another day of 4 whole workouts- wasn’t I lucky! With it being Boxing Day, I was very anxious for what was to come. C’mon lads, let’s work off those pigs in blankets!!
- Ep 1: Full Body Workout-
It took me 5 minutes of this workout before I was begging on the floor for help! This post Christmas workout didn’t come easily as the others but I was able to push through… just about
- Ep 2: Abs Workout-
With every crunch came some sort of squelch. I don’t recommend trying this workout the morning after an entire day of indulgence; it makes it much harder than it needs to be. It may have been because I was bloated and knackered from the first workout. That being said, strength wise, I was able to complete more reps than the time before- which was great!
- Ep 4: Lower Body Workout-
By the time I got to this video, my body had found whatever emergency energy stored in my body. I didn’t feel as tired and I was able to complete it pretty easily. Or… I may be biased, y’all know how much I love lower body workouts after all!
- Hip Dips
Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to end my morning with this workout video. I was expected to be at work in the next hour and I wasn’t trying to be late! I, however, managed to complete it once I got home and I absolutely loved it! Might this be my new favourite workout of the challenge..? It just may be.

What Did I Eat On Day 6 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?
In between work and home, everything I ate was a blur. To keep it simple, I just ate a whole lot of leftovers but made sure to eat in moderation this time. I wish I could say the same for my eating on Christmas Day! Dinner was more turkey but you should know by now that I looove my protein.
