Whuddup my fit people! We are at day 8 of the Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge and what a day it’s been. I didn’t even realise that yesterday was another rest day, so day 7 was used to fully recover from all of my Christmas shenanigans.
I can’t believe I’m finally past the halfway mark. I’m feeling stronger and fitter each day, it really is an amazing thing.
I’m going to have to admit, as the days go by, these posts are getting shorter in attempt to avoid too much repetition. Although this format is a great way to document my progress and inspire you guys, I wanna change it up a lil… maybe a video or something? (hint hint)
Anyway, let’s get into day 8!
The 2020 Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge: Day 8
You see that first workout, yeah, I’ve been dreading it for some time now. I actually tried it a few weeks ago and by the end, I was ready to end it ALL!
Suddenly, three scheduled workout videos were not looking as easy as they were in the beginning- I can see what you’re doing Chloe and I’m not sure I like it!
But honestly, she’s pushing us. As the intensity increases the further we get into this challenge, the stronger we get and the better the results. It’s a simple formula, really!
Let’s Workout!
- Ep 5: Full Body Burn–
I’m very glad that we switched up from the first hiit video. I love the other one, I really do… but for my own sanity, I needed change!! If you look at the thumbnail for this video, you’ll see the words “it’s fun I promise”. Now I’m not too sure what Chloe’s interpretation of the word “fun” actually is, but this workout was far from it!
You are really pushed to infinity and beyond in this one but compared to my first attempt, I smashed the ish out of this workout- I’m pretty proud of myself!
- Ep 2: Abs Workout-
I don’t think this workout will ever not hurt… That’s it. That’s all I have to say….
Moving on…
- Ep 3: Upper Body Workout-
Unfortunately, I had injured my shoulder the day before so these exercises came with quite a struggle. I managed to make it to the end, but I worry I may feel the consequences later on. Let’s hope not!

What Did I Eat On Day 2 Of The Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge?
I’m not gonna beat around the bush here, this day wasn’t so great food wise. It included a lot of snacking and not enough healthy meals.!
Dinner:
I can however, tell you what I had for dinner, it was delicious! One of my favourite quick meals to make is roasted salmon with broccoli and onions. It is incredibly easy and packed full of flavour!
