Well hello there, did you miss me? Welcome to the post that we’ve all been waiting for; my 2020 Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge RESULTS! It feels like forever since I posted my last 2 week shred post and I’m gonna be honest, finishing this challenge created a very bittersweet feeling.
For those of you that are new here, let me give a quick rundown on what this is all about.
The Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge
Chloe Ting is an Australian fitness YouTuber that has helped transform the lives of thousands and thousands of people. Her home workouts are known to be brutal yet extremely effective, which is why they’ve become so popular- especially during this pandemic.
In the summer, I completed her 2019 2 week shred challenge. After seeing great results from that as well as having all this extra free time due to the newly imposed lockdown, I decided to try her new and improved 2020 workout program.

My Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge Results
In the last few days of this challenge, the workouts still hurt. I don’t think that’s ever gonna change. What did change, was my ability to push through the pain, my overall strength, endurance and mindset too.
At the beginning of this challenge, I really struggled with certain exercises such as up and down jacks, side planks and anything else plank related (I can’t stand planks… or should I say, I can’t plank planks LOL). Who knew that 14 days later, I would be doing them with complete ease, it really was a miracle!
I’m gonna save you the long introduction and get straight into the results!


My measurements:
Waist before: 27 inches
Waist after: 27 inches
Butt before: 38 inches
Butt after: 38 inches
Thigh R: 19.7 inches
Thigh L: 19 inches
Thigh R after: 20 inches
Thigh L after: 19.5 inches
Arm R before: 10.2 inches
Arm R after: 10.1 inches
Arm R after: 10.2 inches
Arm L after: 10.2 inches
As you can see… my measurements changed ever so slightly and visually, the difference is very subtle. Who am I kidding… girl, I LOOK THE SAME!
The area I wanted to trim down the most, my waist, unfortunately didn’t change at all. My only guess is because my fitness level had increased by a lot since the last challenge. In the before photo, you can see some abs, even though they are very very faint, they are there. As I was used to working out regularly, I would’ve had to do a lot more for a lot longer before I saw any drastic changes- but I think I expected this.
What I Thought…
If you are someone who is new to working out or only used to light exercise during the week, you are more likely to see incredible changes after this challenge. If you are someone just as passionate about fitness as I am, this workout is a nice way to change your routine but visual changes are not definite.
Saying this, it is certain that my strength and endurance have improved tremendously after completing the Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge.
Truth be told, I picked the worst time period to be doing this challenge. The temptation of Christmas foods was all too much for me and my diet was nowhere as clean as it should’ve been to see maximum results from this Chloe Ting challenge.
With that in mind, I am pretty impressed that I didn’t manage to gain during this time. It seems the workouts allowed me to maintain whilst scoffing my face with mince pies and chocolate so that was a huge positive!
Moving forward…
After this experience, my next goal is to commit to a much longer challenge. I am currently 3 days into Chloe’s new 2021 Flat Stomach Challenge and am so excited to give you guys a fitness update next month.
