Finding Youtube channels for home workouts has changed my life! During these uncertain times, working out home has become the new norm and honestly, I have become quite the fitness fanatic in a little over 4 months. That’s all thanks to YouTube!
Although I am no expert fitness instructor, as a mother, I know how important it is to want to conveniently fit in a workout for the day.
So in these circumstances, what better way is there to workout than having your own lil personal trainer in the living room!? And what’s even better is, you don’t have to pay them a single penny to get fit!
Finding Time for Home Workouts
With a 1 year old, it can get verrrry difficult for me to find time to workout! As much of an early bird as I try to be, those 6am starts are not for me (hey that rhymes!)

It wasn’t until only recently that I was able to solidify a home workout plan. Once I made it my priority to workout, there was no stopping me.
There are so many different YouTube channels for home workouts, that I am really spoilt for choice! And even for the days when I’m not feeling quite up to it, I’m able to do a quick 10 minute workout video- which there are plenty of online.
The 5 Best YouTube Channels For Home Workouts:
1- Chloe Ting
Ah the famous Chloe Ting. She has definitely risen to fame during this whole pandemic as her workouts have been completed by millions across the globe. I can’t tell you how many times people have asked me, “have you heard of Chloe Ting?” and that’s because her workouts are proven to WORK.
Ok ok, you might be a heap of sweaty jelly on the floor by the end of one of her workouts but rest assured, your body will thank you later. She has produced countless amazing results– (there are plenty of results compilations on her YouTube channel).

She also has workout programs on her website that are absolutely FREE. They are made up of her YouTube home workouts with entire durations varying between 2 weeks and 2 months!
I definitely recommend giving them a go as they have changed my life!
My personal favourite workout plans are:
2- Body Project
I found this channel only a few months ago and oh boy, am I glad I did! Currently, I am focusing on incorporating regular cardio into my workouts and this channel has it all!
Ranging from various different low impact, high intensity workouts, Body Project is great for those wanting to work up a sweat.
What I mostly love about this channel is that each workout includes a warm up and a cool down. Both are so so so important when working out.
My personal favourites are:
Body Project also have their own home workout plans from as low as £8 a month for a whole year!

3- Pamela Reif
I must tell you now, this woman’s YouTube workouts are no JOKE.
If you thought Chloe Ting’s home workouts were hard(which they definitely are), Pamela Reif takes it to the next level.
This is because her workouts don’t have any breaks in-between reps. So if you really want to feel the burn, these workouts are made for you!
My personal favourites are:
4- Mr and Mrs Muscle
I initially found Mr and Mrs Muscle on Instagram but later they had their own YouTube channel full of their workouts. Although the majority of their workouts are only 10 minutes, don’t be fooled as they are really tough!
My personal favourites are:
- Most videos from their ‘Cardio Workout at Home – HIIT with Low Impact Modifications‘ playlist
They upload daily so you can never really get bored of these guys.
5- Emi Wong
This last channel is one I came across when I was feeling extremely unmotivated to workout and just wanted to stay in bed. Let met tell you why I am such a fan of Emi Wong, she makes workouts to do IN BED!
For the days I’m feeling lazy and haven’t managed to do a proper workout, I know I’m able to follow her workouts without leaving my bed! Who wouldn’t want to workout in bed…right?
I have only done Emi Wong’s in-bed workouts and the occasional hiit workout but she is constantly uploading new content for you to choose from. She also has various workout program playlists!
